Booking system	The year is split into two - a HIGH season and a LOW season. The high season runs from April thru September. Each full share selects two high season weeks and two low season weeks in turn based on a list system. Each share moves priority within the list each year, save that two SPECIAL shares always select 1st and 2nd every year Selections are generally made in July for the following full calendar year.
Priority for school holidays	Two 8% SPECIAL shares always have priority in selecting their weeks. Those two 8% special shares always select weeks as 1st and 2nd in every year with no restriction on which weeks are selected save that each 8% share selects two high season weeks and two low season weeks. Special shares are NOT restricted to school holiday weeks.

General Comments About the Boat

Silken Mist is in reverse layout with oak cabinetry throughout,

Amtico vinyl flooring throughout and Corian surfaces to kitchen and bathrooms.

Starting at the semi-trad rear deck there is a Morse lever tower with boat controls and various lockers for equipment etc. Waterproof cushions for seating.

Down stairs into fully fitted galley with microwave and calorifier to one side and electrics cupboard to the other, including 2500W inverter. and battery monitor for rooftop solar panels. Fitted kitchen including fridge / freezer, LPG cooker & hob and under floor lighted wine rack with glass top. Fully stocked cooking & dining inventory.

Diesel Webasto 5kW heating to radiators throughout plus Morso solid fuel stove alongside L-shaped seating area (converts to double bed) with removeable dining table and TV cabinet enclosing Samsung smart TV on lift mechanism and WiFi router.

En-Suite toilet & sink, Thetford macerator with 225L tank.

Dinette area converts to double bed with storage under and large wardrobe.

Main bathroom with corner shower, large fitted cabinet with sink, Thetford macerator toilet with 370L tank.

Main bedroom with fixed double, including pull out.

Storage under and full-length wardrobe, enclosing safe.

Outside front seating with storage lockers for water hose, anchor, separate locker enclosing Vetus 55KGF bow thruster and separate gas locker.

General comments by vendor

We bought both SPECIAL shares in Silken Mist before she was launched and have enjoyed extended cruising each year since 2023 by taking both share allocations next to each other, either in school holidays or not.

We have cruised some times in school holidays with our family, and at other times in the shoulder seasons to avoid peak weeks.

There are no restrictions on weeks selected save that each full special share selects 2 high season and 2 low season weeks.

Owning both special shares means that all 8 weeks could be selected together at the shoulder of the high & low seasons.

We would consider selling each special share separately, i.e. each full special share sold at £12,500 with pro-rata cost allocation and pro-rata holiday weeks allotted.
