General Comments About the Boat
Starting at the rear there is a cupboard where windlasses, hammers, are stored.
Down steps from the semi-trad deck to rear cupboard/cabin, mostly used for storage but also with chair which converts to single bed.
Next: rear bedroom with fixed double bedroom and narrow wardrobe.
Next: Recently refurbished shower room (2015 appx) with shower, washbasin and portapotti.
Next: Recently refurbished (2015 appx) galley with fridge, cooker, sink, microwave.
Next: Saloon with sofa which converts to narrow double bed, fold up table, television/dvd player,
Morsø diesel fired Squirrel stove. CH also installed.
Next: Front deck with storage for gas bottles.

Typically strong J Pinder build in good steel.
Over winter period she will be re-engined ( New Beta 38) & docked Feb 2020 with full hull & boat Safety Inspection + blacking. The cost of all of this will be met from the contingency fund and the incoming owner will benefit from this without having to contribute to it
Membership of the group & time on board has been rewarding & enjoyable
I've re-discovered the canals redeveloped & used old skills met some interesting characters, old mates & made new friendships.
