| Booking system | At the AGM, each shareholder takes a turn to choose, initially, two weeks of their five week allocation, for the forthcoming calendar year. The order of choosing is then reversed, and a single week is then chosen until all five weeks have been allocated. The shareholder at the top of the list is then placed at the bottom for the next AGM, and each shareholder moves up one place. One shareholder manages the bookings and if, during the year, allocated weeks cannot be taken, they are offered to other shares to book. 5 weeks for 6 shares gives 30 booked weeks following the AGM. The remaining weeks in the year are available to members for a nominal fee. |

General Comments About the Boat
The front locker gives access to the twin gas bottles, anchor and water hoses.
A collapsible table, stored within an inside cupboard, attaches to the front bulkhead. Cushions are available for the front locker seating area.
From the front deck, the light, airy, roomy cabin is accessed through double doors. There is a solid fuel stove.
There are comfortable seats, with storage underneath. The L shaped dinette converts to extra double sleeping accommodation.
From here is easy access to the galley fitted with an electric fridge and gas cooker, plus a very useful double door side hatch.
Continuing towards the stern is a fixed double bed with good storage above and beneath. A deep wardrobe follows, with a privacy door across the passageway.
A door on the RHS gives access to a shower room, washbasin and a flush toilet. The shower and washbasin area have recently been re-furbished.
Before the steps, leading up to the stern deck, is the rear bedroom with two lower fixed bunks with storage underneath, which can be converted into a double bed. There are also two suspended bunks, which have inboard safety side rails, which can be removed if not required.
The semi-trad stern is fitted with storage locker seating, with suitable cushions. This area can accommodate four persons. In addition, there are a couple of seats for the helmsman at the tiller.
Space heating is by radiators, and a calorifier, supplied by heat from the running engine, or by a Webasto diesel boiler when stationary. The solid fuel stove can be used to heat the saloon and galley if preferred.
The superstructure is planned to be repainted as soon as can be arranged.
The hull is due for cleaning and re-blacking at the end of 2020.

General comments by vendor
Currently the boat has a healthy bank balance which should cover both planned work on the boat and anything out of the ordinary. The current account balance as of November 2020 was £12500.
This is a great boat and its well thought through to accommodate people very comfortably. The boat is very well maintained and the operation of all the systems is very smooth. The membership is very supportive and friendly, and willing to help new members with any and all queries and problems.
Schipperke has been well maintained and constantly updated. The base at Kings Bromley is extremely pleasant, and well situated in the centre of the system giving many options for short or extended cruising.
