General Comments About the Boat
The semi-traditional stern allows space for two people to accompany the steerer.
The engine is below the rear deck, along with a diesel boiler which provides central heating (3 radiators) and hot water.
You enter the rear cabin through double doors and down the steps.
An airing cupboard is immediately on the right and another storage cupboard on the left and then a bench seat on each side which also serve as beds with storage underneath. The starboard bed can be moved across the aisle to make a double bed.
There is a shelf above with inset lighting.
Next is the bathroom with a shower/hip bath, cassette toilet, radiator and a washbasin with storage beneath and a mirror and striplight above.
Beyond the bathroom is the galley with sink unit, dual voltage fridge and a gas cooker with 4 rings, grill and oven. The kitchen is well equipped with ample shelving and a full range of saucepans, utensils, cutlery and crockery. There is a side hatch on the starboard side.
The dinette table and seating area is next. The table can be removed and stowed enabling the seating to be converted to a double bed.
There is storage space below the seats and also in a small unit beyond. A solid fuel Carabo stove stands in the front corner.
Two steps up to double doors lead to the cratch area which has a canvas cover and a glass front window.

General comments by vendor
The boat is run by the owners so willingness to assist with maintenance and/or management tasks is welcomed. This keeps the running costs down and is likely to be one of the lowest around making this ideal for both a first timer or experienced user.
