General Comments About the Boat
Semi traditional back with storage leads down the stairs into the kitchen area with fridge, microwave and cooker. The electrics for the boat are here as well.
This leads into the lounge area with settee that converts into a potential double berth, also has TV, radio and stove.
The second toilet is next to the lounge followed by the dinette which also can be converted into a double bed.
Doors open here to the side.
There is a wardrobe here with safe for valuables.
Next comes the bathroom with macerator toilet, sink and shower.
The main bedroom follows with a fixed double (extendable to king size) with wardrobe and storage. the fore deck has the water point and in the front compartment holds three gas bottles.

We have been owners for just over a year and have enjoyed out time on Maia - she is a great boat and very well run by the Syndicate.
