General Comments About the Boat
Dawn Chorus is a 6 berth boat, built in September 2011, fitted with bow thrusters and a cruiser stern.
The Galley is at the rear of the boat, containing a hob, oven, fridge and microwave. There is ample storage and a wine cooler built under the floor.
Dining facilities can be either at the rear or front of the boat.
A solid fuel stove is in the rear cabin area.
There is a fixed double bed in the centre and doubles can be made up at the front and rear again with plenty of storage.
There are 2 enclosed bathrooms, both with macerator toilets. One bathroom is fitted with a shower.
There are TV sets in the front and aft section.
There is diesel powered central heating and the water is heated by the engine. The electrics is 12 volt lighting and 240 volt supplied by an inverter or hook up.
A gas locker is situated at the front.

General comments by vendor
The other shareholders are extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful, the boat has remained in excellent condition throughout our time in part ownership thanks to the combined efforts of all involved.
Financially the boat has been very well managed, a healthy reserve fund has allowed for the following improvements / upgrades; a new engine and gearbox (2019), a new 12v fridge (2022), a Thetford gas cooker (2023), window blinds and porthole bungs (2022) and most recently a full back to shell repaint both above and below the waterline (2023) completed by Andy Russell.
Taking all of these features into account the boat is in exceedingly good shape, with the reserve funds still holding a healthy contingency.
