| Booking system | For booking purposes the 12 shares are arranged in 6 pairs, with the top 2 having first pick after any “special” shareholder. Each year the chart for the following calendar year is circulated by the bookings coordinator. Each pair of shares is allocated a priority for that year in descending order and then moves up a couple of places the following year: after a year at the top of the list, the owner then starts at the bottom. The whole cycle takes 6 years. Each owner can choose two weeks (separately or as a fortnight) in the ‘high season’ and one week in the remainder of the year. High season varies from year to year depending on Easter dates , and is notified by the bookings coordinator, thus assisting a “special” shareholder to book school holiday weeks . By this route, thirty-six weeks are firmly booked before the year begins. Allowing for time for winter maintenance, the remaining fourteen weeks are booked with priority in reverse order to the original chart so having last choice does have its compensations. |

General Comments About the Boat
Starting at the rear is the large cruiser stern deck which has a fixed wooden seat all the way round the deck rail. Dropping down the steps you enter the saloon containing TV, electrics cupboard, coat hooks, 2 free standing chairs which covert into single beds, a solid fuel stove, a wardrobe and drawers, shelves, and a radiator.
Moving forward is the 'L' shaped dinette which has 2 sized table options, and coverts into a double bed, and adjacent to it is a radiator.
Next is the 'u' shaped galley containing oven, grill, hob, microwave, fridge, cupboards, and a hanging glass fronted crockery cupboard.
Continuing forward is the Aldi gas boiler, followed by the bathroom containing bath/shower, toilet, washbasin, cupboards, and radiator.
Next is the en-suite toilet containing toilet and washbasin, and a little storage space. Next to this is the bedroom containing a double bed (with extension to make it wider if required), cupboard, wardrobe, and shelves. Both toilets are 'pump out' type and empty into the same holding tank.
Moving forward is the double doors out onto the front deck. Below the doors behind the removable step is a large storage cupboard under the well-deck which is accessed by the removal of a panel. Stepping out of the cabin onto the front well-deck there are 2 large lockers each side, 2 of which contain gas bottles.

We have been owners of Cropredy for four years and have enjoyed our time on her but health reasons mean I must sell my share.
A table can be fitted to the cruiser deck for summer dining.
