Coming into the boat there is a cupboard to the right for coats. The steps have extra storage in them and also hide the holding tank.

The aft cabin has two single beds which convert to a cross-double and a three foot wardrobe.

Walking on through the boat you come to the bathroom which is 4' x 6' with bath, plus shower over, basin and vacuflush WC.

Then there is a cabin with a fixed 4' double which extends to 4'6”. There are drawers under the bed, a cupboard at the foot and an 18" wardrobe.

The kitchen comes next; u-shaped,8'3" with Stoves Vanette gas oven with separate grill, gas hob, 12v.fridge,dish-washer and plenty of cupboards. The cabins and bathroom have portholes, the kitchen and saloon have windows. There are also side doors in the kitchen. The saloon has an L-shaped dinette which seats eight comfortably, a Brunel stove, a low cupboard for a TV and a 15" wardrobe.

The front doors lead to 5'6" forward cockpit with cratch and covers. There are seats with cushions and space for a table. The forward seat covers the bow-thruster. The water tank is under the cockpit. The gas locker is in the bow and holds two gas bottles.

General comments by vendor

City Slicker is a quality build boat with a Reeves hull and Reading Marine fit-out.

She has been maintained to an exceptionally high standard and is well-equipped and comfortable.

Owning a third is different to the more normal 1/12.

It is a lot less formal. We do not have an AGM.

When decisions need to be made we talk on the phone, chat via Zoom or meet up for lunch.

If anyone thinks something needs replacing or refurbishing they run it past the others and it gets done.

We manage the boat ourselves and everyone is very much hands on. We are looking for someone who would see maintaining the boat as part of the fun.

We are also looking for someone who would be interested in exploring the system and who would be happy to do remote handovers.

Doing as much as possible ourselves keeps costs relatively low.

We have built up a healthy repairs and renewals fund: in excess of £10,000. A new owner would share in the benefits of this.
