| Booking system | A booking chart for the following year is circulated during the previous summer, so that it is completed prior to the owners' annual autumn meeting, where it is confirmed. Initially, each owner may book 3 weeks (2 weeks high season, 1 week low season) and, thereafter, the chart is re-circulated for owners to book a 4th week if wished. There is a rota system which ensures that everyone moves up the list each year (unless you are currently top of the list, in which case you then move to the bottom for the following year). This ensures a fair choice of holiday dates for all. The system is very democratic and we've found that it works well for everyone. With only 11 owners, there is enough flexibility in the system for maintenance not to affect anyone's weeks. The fourth week is booked in reverse order of priority. |

General Comments About the Boat
From the spacious stern (plenty of room for al-fresco dining) step lead down to the saloon with sofa which converts to single bed or double, solid fuel stove, full height wardrobe with drawers under, corner storage unit, 1800w inverter, flat screen TV/DVD Player, and built in radio.
The dining area contains banquette style seating with storage under, and converts to a double bed, with removable table fold flat for storage.
Well equipped galley with plenty of storage, gas oven and hob, microwave and fridge, stainless steel sink. Opposite sink is a large double door and lifting roof hatch which open to enjoy the good weather, and Perspex removable window for extra light.
Down the hall is a fully fitted bathroom with corner bath and over shower, plenty of built in storage and over bath hanging rail for wet clothing.
Further down is a privacy door to main bedroom, with over head storage and full length ward robe, 4ft bed with extender to make a full size double bed and with own en-suite with sink, toilet and more storage.
Steps lead to the forward deck with water tank, lockers house gas bottles and smaller lockers for storage such as hose pipe and fuel for fire, windless and bank pins.
The boat is equipped with full wifi with unlimited data download. This is run through a separate boat based phone line that is paid out of the maintenance charges.
The upholstery was changed in 2017 when the new bench seating (convertible to a double bed) was installed in the lounge.
All curtains and blinds were renewed in 2022.
An eberspacher diesel system was installed in 2020.
The boat has been stripped to bare metal and completely and professionally repainted in new colours in early 2022.

General comments by vendor
The running costs for 2026 are higher than usual this year due to some unforseen extra expenditure.
My wife and I joined the Chisbury syndicate in mid 2023. We haven't always been able to make full use of our entitlement, due to other commitments, but have thoroughly enjoyed the times we did spend on board.
With only 11 shares there is time in the calendar for regular maintenance without impacting on any allocated weeks and funds for a new engine (when needed) have already been accumulated and ring-fenced.
