| Booking system | Booking chart for following year is circulated by email before the AGM which is in December. Each owner has priority for a year and moves up one place a year on a six year cycle. From the top each owner chooses their first three weeks. Then the priority is reversed for the second three week choice. This uses thirty six weeks in main season. Allowing for winter maintenance the remaining weeks can be booked in the priority order. |

General Comments About the Boat
Black Swan was built by Milburn Boats on Graham Reeves steel in 2005.
From the rear a trad-style stern with unique sliding/lifting hatch which opens to a good dry room housing coats, tools, mooring pins etc. It also houses a fitted battery charger and battery management system, land-line point and lifebelt on rack. Downstairs to the left is a large storage/broom cupboard with double doors. The bedroom has a fixed double bed that can extend to 5ft.
Full length wardrobe, dresser unit with mirror with cupboard and drawer under, two large under bed drawers and storage above head of bed. Fitted flat screen TV and radio speakers.
Next there is a bathroom with walk in shower cubicle vanity basin with storage under, pump-out WC with level indicator, extractor fan, heated towel rail, shaver point and mirror.
Fully equipped galley (featuring a double door side hatch with removable Perspex insert) with worktop and cupboards under.4 burner gas hob, gas oven with grill and microwave above. Larder fridge and stainless sink with cupboards under. Fitted water filter. Attractive glass fronted high level cupboard between galley and dining area.
Unique Pullman/L shaped dining tables (with storage under which also houses separate freezer) this converts to a double bed. Pull out guest wardrobe. Fitted carbon monoxide detector.
The saloon has a squirrel stove (new 2013) with eco fan.
Flat screen digital TV with DVD player. There is a fitted self seeking satellite aerial with sky box plus fitted Omnimax digital aerial. Radio CD player.
Two leather swivel chairs with matching foot stools and useful shelving-bookcase and under TV cupboard.
Double wood/glass French doors open out into bow which has glazed A frame and cratch cover.
There are two storage lockers housing anchor ropes etc. Plus a third locker housing the electric bow thruster.
There are cushions for bow area and a Desmo floor socket for the small table.
Under the floor is a stainless steel water tank (with level gauge in saloon.)
Gas bottles are housed in the bow hatch.
The boat has life jackets on board.
