| Booking system | The booking chart for the following calendar year is circulated in agreed priority order before the owners’ annual meeting, where the bookings for the next year are confirmed. Each owner has a priority for that year, and moves up a couple of places each year: after a year at the top of the list, the owner then starts at the bottom, and after six years the cycle begins again. Each owner can choose two weeks (separately or as a fortnight) in the ‘high season’ (April to October inclusive), and one week in the remainder of the year. By this route, thirty-six weeks are firmly booked before the year begins. Allowing for time for winter maintenance, the remaining fourteen weeks are booked with priority in reverse order to the original chart, so having last choice originally does have its compensations. |
| Priority for school holidays | A maximum of two owners may have "Special" (or school holiday) shares which gives them priority over others. They may choose their first three weeks ahead of the others, but MUST align their weeks to their school holidays only. These owners pay 25% more towards the running costs each year for having this "privilege". You can relinquish your school holiday status in any year as long as the booking chart for the subsequent year has not been completed by you. |
General Comments About the Boat
Semi trad stern with seating on the gas lockers to the left of the cabin.
Rear door leads to steps into main bedroom with a double/kings sized bed, ensuite toilet and washbasin.
The main bathroom has a corner bath with shower over, second toilet and vanity basin with storage below.
The galley is an elongated "U" shape with oven and grill, stainless steel hob, quartz worktops, under counter fridge and separate freezer compartment.
The "L" shaped dinette converts to a double bed. Table using desmo legs.
A solid fuel stove and a double sofa bed, TV and radio with through the cabin speakers.
The front bifold doors lead to a dropped level fore deck with seating on three sides.
The boat also benefits from bow thrusters
