General comments by vendor
1/3 of the balance of the "boat fund" at the start of the month after the share is purchased will also be paid to the seller. The "boat fund" is the accrual of the monthly contributions less the costs of running the boat, normally Between £1500 to £3500.
We have had a great time on Phoenix No1. With just 3 owners it feels just like our own boat. The boat has only had 6 owners since it was built in 2001. As one of the original owners it has been good to see that the owners have always taken a pride in the upkeep and quality of the boat.
