| Booking system | Owners select their weeks in a priority where the top of the list selects first. The year is divided into High and Low seasons. Each owner has a place on a list for each season, and advances to the top of the list in steps of 5. Each 8% owner can select 2 weeks in High Season, and 2 weeks in Low season. Weeks selected can be consecutive or separate. Owners can also take advantage of any unwanted weeks on a first come first served basis. |

General Comments About the Boat
REAR DECK: Semi-trad steering position with seating/storage lockers and access to engine below. Throttle and bow thruster controls plus engine instrumentation. 240 V Hook up.
UTILITY AREA: Wardrobes each side for coats plus storage, Electrics cupboard
GALLEY: Extensive worktop, Gas cooker with 4-burner hob, eye level grill and oven. Microwave. Fridge with freezer compartment. Inset sink with Mixer tap, extensive high and low level storage.
DINING AREA: Pullman dinette (reconfigurable to L-Shape) with removable table, converts to double bed or two singles. Side hatch.
LOUNGE AREA: The carpeted central saloon has two captain’s chairs, large flat screen TV/DVD and radio/CD player Multi-fuel stove in corner.
BATHROOM: Extends across width of boat, Large quadrant shower, Pumpout macerator toilet. Vanity unit with basin, towel rail, laundry drawer
MASTER BEDROOM: Double bed, extendable to full double width-size. Second TV/DVD. Carpeted. Floor to ceiling wardrobe, plus cupboards above bed and portholes. Steps (with storage underneath) to Front Deck
FRONT DECK: Seating at front, under seat storage and access to hydraulic Bow Thruster. Fresh water storage tank in bow. Access through top hatch to Gas Locker.
GENERAL: LED lighting throughout, at ceiling level and reading spotlights. Multiple 240V sockets throughout boat, plus two 12v sockets.
EXTERNAL: Boat roof and gunnels have non-slip surfaces, roof storage for boat pole and boarding plank/safety ladder.
