| Running costs 2010 (including management) |
Running costs for licence, insurance, mooring, servicing etc
currently approx £1000 per annum per share, paid into holding
account by monthly standing order of £85 per shareholder.
There is currently in existence a daily charge of £1 per night for
the first person, and 50 pence per night for second and subsequent
people; this fund then covers the cost of gas and toilet pump-outs
and has been found to be a cost-effective and equitable method of
covering these

Vendors Comments
The onboard inventory includes almost everything you need for a comfortable few
weeks aboard, including duvets and pillows (but not bedlinen).
She was last blacked in 2009, and a new Boat Safety Certificate was issued in
June 2010.
This is a fully self managed syndicate with no management charges and every
effort is made to keep costs down by owners sharing the work required.
Moorings, cruising dates and routes, handover day, handover location, etc are
all totally flexible and agreed by mutual consent. Short notice breaks can
normally be accommodated; all it takes is a phone call to other syndicate
members and if the boat's not being used - it's yours.
