Priority for school holidays	The aim has always been to ensure that each owner can have a 4 week block in the high season. If an owner wishes to split their 4 weeks they are expected to consult with any owners below them on the ladder in order to ensure that their choice does not prevent another owner from taking a 4 week block. It follows that this share is not really suitable for somebody needing school holiday weeks.

General comments about the boat
Mid galley, semi-trad layout. Reeves shell with Milburn fit-out. Webasto Central Heating with radiators throughout plus diesel Bubble in Saloon. Flat screen digital TV and DVD player plus radio and CD player. 2 leather swivel chairs and stools. Access to under front deck storage. "L" shaped dinette converts to a double bed. Galley with washing machine and welsh style dresser, 4 burner gas cooker with oven and grill. Larder fridge in galley, with separate box freezer under dinette. Shower room with wash basin and WC (pumpout) and heated towel storage. Back cabin with fixed double bed which extends to 5ft. Wardrobe plus under bed storage. Rear toilet with wash basin and cassette toilet, hanging rail and radiator to provide an effective drying room.
