Booking System	A booking chart for the following calendar year is circulated in agreed priority order before the owners’ annual meeting, where the bookings for the next year are confirmed. Each owner has a priority for that year, and moves up a couple of places each year: after a year at the top of the list, the owner then starts at the bottom, and after six years the cycle begins again. Each owner can choose two weeks (separately or as a fortnight) in the ‘high season’ (April to October inclusive), and one week in the remainder of the year. By this route, thirty-six weeks are firmly booked before the year begins. Allowing for time for winter maintenance, the remaining fourteen weeks are booked with priority in reverse order to the original chart.
Priority for school holidays	Three owners have school holiday shares which guarantee them weeks in the school breaks.

General comments about the boat
From the bow: Front deck with seating area leads into saloon with two armchairs, which convert to beds, solid fuel stove, digital TV / DVD and radio/ CD player. Dinette converts into double bed. Kitchen with cooker, fridge, microwave, gas hob and oven. Bathroom with pump-out toilet, wash basin and corner bath with shower over. Rear bedroom with fixed double that can be extended into a king sized and en-suite toilet & shower. Semi-trad rear deck over 1.8 BMC engine.

General Comments by vendor This is a lovely boat, she's old, but she runs well and is well cared for. The internal upholstery is russet coloured, with russet and cream curtains. The interior is well designed and comfortable with central heating and an excellent woodburning stove. The ownership group is friendly and sensible. We meet annually to choose moorings for the year and iron out any problems. Sunseeker is an ex-Ownerships boat, and when the company crashed, we took on the management ourselves and found we had a good range of skills to do this. Two shares are still owned by the Ownerships receivers (due to the 'buy-back' scheme), so the costs have been born by just ten of us. This should be resolved soon, hopefully to our advantage, and it also means that the costs will be a bit less when there are two more owners on board.
