| Booking system | A booking chart for the following calendar year is circulated in agreed priority order before the owners’ annual meeting in November, where the bookings for the next year are confirmed. Booking is on a ladder system with owners moving up a place each year. Each owner can choose two weeks (separately or as a fortnight) in the ‘high season’ (April to October inclusive), and one week in the remainder of the year. Time is blocked out by agreement for winter maintenance. The remaining fourteen weeks are booked with priority in reverse order to the original chart, so having last choice originally does have its compensations. Additional weeks can then be booked where weeks remain free; this may attract additional contributions to the sinking fund. |

General Comments About the Boat
Starting from the stern and working forward, the accommodation is:
REAR DECK: Steering position is Traditional.
The steerer stands cosily within the boat hatches and steers with the tiller. Behind the steerer is the fuel tank filler and rope bollards.
There is access to the propeller’s Weed Hatch
REAR CABIN: Four bunks, two each side, either of which can be converted to bench seating by folding down the upper bunk. Radio. Storage under bunks. Steps up to rear deck; removable to give lower level access to propeller’s weed hatch.
REAR BATHROOM: cassette toilet (New 2023) on one side and wash hand basin on the other: central aisle doors separate when in use.
ENGINE ROOM: side mounted engine with hydraulic drive to propeller. Boat batteries; tools and navigation equipment cupboard. Opening hatch on either side. Engine approximately 10 years old, 7400 approximate running hours (correct 2023). Engine serviced approximately every 150 hours. .
MASTER BEDROOM: double bed extendable to king size. Mattress recently replaced. Wardrobe. Dressing table. Storage drawers under bed and cupboard above bed. Handy shelf.
BATHROOM: Pump-out toilet. Quadrant bath/shower. Wash hand basin. Accessed from corridor outside is the Central Heating -hot water gas fired boiler Toilet replaced in 2020 approximately.

Odyssey is a very comfortable and well appointed craft - a real home from home.
The amount of space and sleeping arrangements means you can have a large crew without falling over each other.
She is well looked after with regular servicing and maintenance and is a real beauty.
