Annual running costs 2009/10 of £1,220 including management charges has already been paid in full and is included in the sale price. Next year's payment is due November 2010.

We've had this share since launch in June 2008 and enjoyed life afloat immensely. Serendipity is a luxury canal boat, superbly equipped with everything you could ever need with plenty of storage space. Our syndicate is friendly and considerate. There is also an owners internet forum which encourages all sharers across the scheme to exchange blogs, tips and experiences.
