Booking System	A booking chart for the following calendar year is circulated in agreed priority order before the owners' annual meeting (usually held in October), where the bookings for the next year are confirmed. Each owner has a priority for that year, and moves up 1 place one year, 3 places the following year. Each owner can choose two weeks (preferably as a fortnight) in the 'high season' (April to October inclusive), and one week in the remainder of the year, 'low season'. By this route, thirty-six weeks are firmly booked before the year begins. Allowing for time for winter maintenance, the remaining weeks are booked with priority in reverse order to the current chart, so having last choice originally does have its compensations. The booking chart for these additional weeks is circulated in January

General comments about the boat
This is a 47' cruiser stern boat. Water tank in bow, front well deck with 2 gas lockers. Bedroom forward with fixed double bed, wardrobe, wash basin, cupboard over bed with concealed lighting. Bathroom: new shower and wash basin Spring 2010, pump out toilet with GP holding tank new 2009. Galley: Alde Comfort gas central heating boiler, microwave, 4-burner gas hob, GC7000 Vanette gas oven and grill, 12v full size fridge, stainless steel sink and drainer. Side hatch and perspex screen opposite galley. Saloon: Two Wilson armchairs which convert to single beds, 1800w Sterling Inverter for 240v, corner cupboard with integral CD/radio with speakers throughout boat, flat screen TV with DVD, solid fuel stove. Shallow lace curtains with boat name included in design. Engine room below cruiser deck boards, Nanni 1500cc 4-cylinder diesel new Spring 2008, easily accessible weed hatch, 5 domestic batteries plus engine starter battery, twin 100amp alternators and calorifier. Generally: Bottom blacking and anodes checked every year, major engine winter service and regular servicing carried out by boatyard. Boat Safety Certificate until 08 Feb 2014. General Comments by vendor
Our insurance requires Owners to have a minimum of 1 years previous boating experience. Viewings outside the winter works period will be on the Friday changeover day. Owners agree that smoking is not allowed within the boat, but is allowed on deck. We have a private forum.
