Delivery information. It is important that you read this!! We have an excellent relationship with a local firm and use their courier service. This means that we can "piggy back" off their large contract for dispatching parcels and make great savings, savings we pass over by way of low prices to you, our customer.
BUT (and there is always a but) because they mainly send
business to business there are massive penalties for a non-delivery, on the
basis that this is very rare. However, as most of
our customers live in domestic houses there is not always somebody
"in" to receive the goods for us this is not the case.
But somehow we must ensure that each delivery gets
completed on the
very first time out.
