Each share holder has two fixed weeks and two floating weeks, (pardon the pun) The share for sale is share 9 whose fixed weeks are the last week in July and the first week in August. The other two weeks are bid for by the owners who submit their requests to one of the shareholders acting as winter holiday allocations secretary who allocates the two free weeks. Mutual swaps are not a problem. The yearly calendar runs from October to October. There are usually four maintenance weeks included in the calendar but none affect the fixed weeks.
