The 'Madge Syndicate' are a friendly flexible group. An AGM meeting is >held yearly (usually December).  Weeks are allocated on a rotating system (ie, in summer the movement is 4 weeks backwards, where we have two consecutive weeks per slot); there is 1 Spring week, 2 Summer weeks and 1 Winter week. 

The shareholders are often flexible with weeks and many swap or purchase weeks (currently £100 per week) from each other.  Maintenance charges are currently fixed at £35.00 per month for 12 months (and don't seem likely to change for 2006).  These charges are inclusive of everything except diesel, pump-outs away from base and cleaning.

'Madge' was built in 1997 by Ledgard Bridge in Mirfield, West Yorkshire.  The boat was fitted out in 1998/1999 and launched in January 2000.

 

Madge' is 46' long and has had a complete repaint this year (2005), many improvements and fixtures and fittings have been made throughout the year and the boat has recently been relocated (and is now based) at Otherton Boat Haven.
