No special arrangements have been made re school holiday arrangements.  All Joint owners have equal rights re allocation of weeks as described below.
 
Booking System Operating Year commences on April 1st and consists of 4 seasonal periods.
Spring - the first 6 weeks starting first week in April.
Summer - the 18 weeks immediately following Spring
Autumn - the 12 weeks immediately following Summer.
Winter - the 6 weeks immediately following Autumn.

Each of the joint owners are entitled to 7 weeks use - allocated as follows:-
1 week per owner in the Spring
3 weeks per owner in the Summer
2 weeks per owner in the Autumn
1 week per owner in the Winter

Weeks are allocated by negotiation with other owners at AGM held in the preceding December of the operational year. Owners may and do subsequently swap weeks by prior mutual consent.
In addition there is a period of 10 weeks in Winter period allocated to maintenance where owners may have up to 7 days, which need not be consecutive and can be arranged on a first come first served basis.

Isabella Grace was originally built by the Severn Valley Boat Centre of Stourport-on-Severn and launched in August 2007 at a total cost £90,000.

She is a Cruiser stern style narrow boat, spray foam insulated complete with front cratch cover, and rear spray dodger and drydeck in both fore and aft cockpits

Steelwork is standard 10x6x5x4mm

Reluctant sale due to inability to make full use of share of boat due to other commitments made since retirement.
Weeks 2010/11 Weeks 2010/2011
Weeks commencing 27/02/10, 17/04/10, 15/05/10, 22/05/10, 05/06/10, 21/08/10, 04/12/10, 19/02/11.  These were agreed at this year's AGM in Jan 2010.  Weeks are not 'fixed' and can be swapped with other owners if circumstances change after AGM.

Running costs 2010 (including management) Management is run by the owners Limited Company called 'Canal Boat Management Company' and actual running costs for period April 2009 to Mar 2010 was £7,496 (£1249 per joint owner). Budgeted cost for April 2010 to March 2011 including £250 overrun from previous year and a £600 large expenditure ‘sinking’ fund, has been agreed at Jan's AGM as £7,500 (£1250 per joint owner). (Currently paid up to March 2011)

She is currently moored on a 20 metre pontoon at Heyford Fields Marina on the Grand Union Canal at Nether Heyford Nr Bugbrooke.  It's a recently built marina (2008)in private location in farmland just a 5 minute drive from junction 16 on M1.  All facilities including washroom, toilets/showers, diesel, pump out.
