Order rotates annually, those who have first choice move to the bottom
of list the following year. Online booking system. Choose two weeks high
season, one week, low season. Those at bottom of list have first choice
of remaining low season weeks, followed by next to bottom and so on.
Sounds complicated but is easy and works well.

| Special holiday arrangements |
There are no special shares (school holiday) at the moment (or maybe
one, but certainly capacity for one more (correct when advert
placed) but if one was required the group of owners would be
consulted to arrange the added costs for this arrangement.
