The booking chart works on a Priority System with each owner moving up one position in the booking order every year. For 2010 the share for sale will be No. 1 on the booking chart priority so the new owner will have the first choice of available weeks.

Purchase of the share entitles the new owner to three weeks use of the barge per annum. Two weeks in the High Season (April to September) and one week in the Low Season (October to March). There are often unused weeks remaining once all the owners have booked their holidays and these can be booked at no additional cost (except for any running costs incurred by the owner whilst on board the barge).

For those owners who have school age children and are restricted to school holidays the share can be converted to a Special Share for the payment of a small annual premium. This entitles the owner to have first choice of the available weeks on the booking chart provided they are within the British school holiday period.

The barge has two sleeping cabins. A bow cabin with an island double berth and a stern cabin with a transverse double berth. There is a forward bathroom with bath, shower and wash hand basin and a separate heads with electric flush toilet and wash hand basin. The aft cabin has an en-suite shower room with electric flush toilet.

There is a comfortable saloon with two loose chairs and a double sofa bed. A fully equipped galley with domestic sized oven and hob, fridge and microwave adjoins the saloon. The forward saloon roof makes an excellent sundeck and there are a full range of outdoor chairs and a folding picnic table on board. The aft cabin roof has a fitted rack for four bicycles. Two bikes are permanently carried on the barge. There is also a charcoal barbeque.

The wheelhouse has seating for eight and a removable dining table.

Dorney has a full domestic hot water and heating system with electric immersion tank and radiators. There is also a wood burning stove in the saloon. The boat is fitted with 12 volt and 240 volt electrical systems, an inverter and shore mains power connection. 12 volt and 240 volt British 3 pin plug sockets are fitted throughout the barge and there is a 12 volt cigarette lighter socket in the saloon.

The owners are currently giving consideration to moving the boat to other locations during the cruising season to extend the range of canals available for owners to explore
