Booking arrangements	Each shareholder chooses two summer season weeks and one winter season week each year. The shareholders priority in the booking order is raised by one every other year, and by two on the alternate year. This means that the owners are in the top two of the selection chart every six years - excluding the three shares where the owners get preference for school holidays each year, paying more towards the running costs for this option.
Special holiday arrangements	There are a maximum of three special (school holiday) shares. For a premium of 25% towards the running costs they can select first/second/third. None are currently available. If they become available they are offered to existing owners first.

Decize has diesel central heating with an electric immersion heater for use when shore power is available.

A wood burning stove in the salon, full size cooker, microwave and domestic size fridge. 240 volt sockets are provided in both cabins and the saloon fed from shore power when available or an onboard inverter.

The rear cabin has a double bed and en-suite toilet (electrically operated) and shower.

The forward cabin and saloon have a separate electrically operated toilet, a separate bath/shower.

The saloon has a breakfast bar and two sofa beds.

Running costs 2011	£760 per normal share. Varies from year to year. The costs have never exceeded £1,000. Includes berthing in Auxerre/servicing/other maintenance. We have paid for 2011 and the cost to you if purchased in 2011, will be the cost price + £760.

Vendors comments

We have had 5 very happy cruising years on Decize. You will do likewise. The syndicate are all great fun and we all seem to get on well.

With 2 double berths (5ft beds) in the fore and aft cabins, one with en suite bath/shower and the other with shower room, she is very comfortable. There are 2 sofa beds in the Saloon.

Auxerre is very pretty and the Port (where we are moored is right in the centre of the town (all facilities nearly).
