This cruiser stern boat is currently being upgraded and extensively refurbished at North Kilworth Wharf by professional boat fitters (members of the BMF and CBA). It will have a total repaint and extensive upgrading to the interior so it will be presented as a very smart narrow boat. System upgrades include a new calorifier, a 240volt inverter, Alde central heating and new batteries. A digital TV/CD flat screen ( includes freeview ) will be installed, brand new shower installed, new galley worktops, new cooker with grill/oven, new 12V fridge and new carpeting throughout. The fit-out is tongue/grooved above gunwales and ceiling with light oak panels below gunwales. The toilet is a pump-out. The lay-out from the stern is saloon area, galley, w.c. with the fixed double bed at the bow end.

The mooring at north Kilworth wharf is on a 20 mile lock free pound and offers extensive cruising both locally and beyond in some very attractive rural settings. The village of North Kilworth is only a short distance from junction 20 on the M1. The wharf offers secure parking for moorers and there is a small shop and chandlery.

Interested parties are welcome to contact the wharf and view the boat whilst work is underway. A £500 deposit will secure a share and the balance payable early 2010 before handover to the syndicate. The syndicate are advised to meet before the handover to arrange cruising and admin. etc. Some shares have been reserved to date.
