Room By Room Description, from the rear:
 
Bedroom: Large fixed double bed, wardrobe, under bed and over bed storage, TV, and good lighting. 
 
Ensuite: Pump out Toilet and sink, safe and extractor fan.
 
Main Bathroom: Pump out toilet, new shower cubicle, sink and vanity unit, lots of storage, and extractor fan.
 
Kitchen: Sink and drainer, water filter, cooker with 4 burners, oven and grill.  Microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment.  Plenty of presses and storage.  Lots of pots, pans and utensils. Extractor fan, Co2 gas detector fitted.  Middle hatch opening with double doors and glass inset.
 
Dining Area: Dinette with cushions to seat up to 4 people which converts to a large double bed.  Lots of under bed storage.
 
Lounge: Two Armchairs which convert to two single beds. Two swivel stools.  Plenty of lighting.  Flat screened TV freeview with DVD and stereo TV player.  Squirrel boat stove.  Fully opening French doors to front.
 
Front Deck: Seating with removable leather cushions and fold up table for Al Fresco dining. Plenty of storage under seating.  Also, point of bow 100 gallon fresh water tank.
 
Rear Deck: As this is a semi trade narrow boat it is very sociable with seating area to the rear also.  Underneath rear seating is where the gas bottles are stored.  New engine cover doors fitted in 2009.  The rear deck is covered with non slip matting and the sides and roof have a non slip surface. 
 
The boat has an Alde gas heating system. An eco fan was purchased in 2009 to help spread the heat around the boat from the Squirrel stove.
 
The boat is carpeted throughout with vinyl on the bathroom floor.
