HULL Steve Hudson, built in 10, 6, 4 steel plate. 66ft x 6ft 10ins. 8ft tug deck with floor hatch to stow anchor, coal, buckets, hose reel etc, gas bottle locker in bow. Full traditional stern.

ENGINE Gardner Twin 2LW fitted January/February 2008, fully reconditioned to as new specification, situated in engine room. Engine drives two alternators, speedwheel and forward push/pull reverse controls.

BOW THRUSTER Electric on 12v system.

ELECTRICITY SUPPLY 12v lighting. 240v from Hart Interface system and plug in landline. Ample power points for vacuum cleaner, toaster, hair dryer etc.

WATER CAPACITY 120 gallons in tank below tug deck. Hot water circulation to shower room, galley and en-suite.

HEATING Aldi central heating system runs four radiators. Additional coal fire in saloon. Traditional stove in Boatmans cabin.

FUEL CAPACITY 90 Gallons.

TOILETS Pump out toilet in shower room plus cassette toilet in en-suite.

COOKER Gas Cooker with 4 burner hob and oven. Microwave housed in top cupboard.

FRIDGE Domestic size electric with ice box.

BOATMANS CABIN Fully fitted with traditional drop down table and drop down cross bed. Roses and castles painted by Ron Hough. Fitted radio.

ENGINE ROOM 5ft 9ins length with side doors on each side. This area also serves as drying space for wet weather clothing, boots etc.

SHOWER ROOM 5ft 6ins. Pump out toilet, vanity unit , shower with glass sliding/folding door, shaver point.

GALLEY 8ft 9ins. Cross over type. Ample storage cupboards and shelving. Worktops tiled, enamel sink and drainer. Wine rack. WINNER OF THE CALOR GAS ROSE BOWL AT THE 1998 I.W.A. NATIONAL RALLY.

FLOORING Burgundy carpet in saloon and en-suite. Vinyl wood strip effect flooring to galley, shower room, boatmans cabin and engine room.

LININGS Ash panelling with contrasting trims. Wall panel moulding picked out in blue.

RUNNING COST £50.00 per month paid by direct debit. The Treasurer may also request additional payments when heavy expenditure occurs, i.e. bottom blacking, repaints etc. Gas included in running cost. Each shareholder pays for diesel and pumpouts on return.

ROOF 3 Grilled skylight hatches, 2 gang planks, 2 boat hooks, 2 poles and decorated water can.

EXTERIOR PAINTWORK The roof and scumbling currently need attention and the Challenger name is to be removed. The syndicate have this in mind for the next winter maintenance.

FULL INVENTORY Just bring your own food, clothes, towels, tea towels, pillow cases, sheets and duvet covers.
