Beta Marine engine with hydraulic PRM150 gearbox together with hospital silencer for quieter cruising.

Modern and bright fit out in oak with flexible berth arrangements - 2 fixed singles in rear cabin that can also be converted to a double, 1 fixed double in centre cabin and saloon seating to form either two singles or one double.

All inventory to be included including two televisions and dvd players. Quality upholstery and carpets throughout.

Sweeping stairs for and aft for easier access. Stable style front doors. Front bow lockers with pvc cushions. Rear apron fitted to cruiser stern for greater safety of kids and pets.

Booking arrangements	Rotating booking system with two weeks in the peak months and two weeks off peak. Owners at the top of the peak booking chart get first choice of peak weeks but last choice for off peak weeks. Each share moves up a place every year apart from those previously at the top, which move to the bottom.
Special holiday arrangements	Two school holiday shares available these get priority for 4 of the summer holiday weeks (2 per share). The other 2 summer holiday weeks form part of the normal booking rota.
