From the semi trad stern you enter the bedroom which  has wardrobes and storage with a double bed extendable to 5ft width. Moving forward the bathroom has a flush toilet (pump-out), hand basin and bath with a shower over. The kitchen is a U-shaped galley is equipped with a oven, fridge, gas hob and sink; together with microwave and storage for food and utensils. The dining area has a dinette, which converts to a double bed, with storage below the seats. Forward of this is a sitting area with more cupboards, two armchairs (convertible to single beds) and a multi-fuel stove, TV and a radio/CD player.

A booking chart for the following calendar year is circulated in agreed priority order before the owners’ annual meeting in November, where the bookings for the next year are confirmed. Each owner has a priority and moves up 'the ladder' each year.
