The Owners of Rivendell took over the boat from The Boatshare Company in 2005 and now have full dedicated committee and engineer to look after the running of the boat. The owners hold an annual meeting to discuss the boat and at the meeting the costs for the following year will be estimated. During the year owners are kept informed by email an newsletter.
 

Rivendell is of Semi Trad design and 58ft long
 

Rivendell is a comfortable boat with a fixed 5ft extending double in the rear cabin there is a double in the dinette and the two chairs in the front cabin are convertible into single beds. There is a washroom with a pump out toilet a wash basin and a full size shower cubicle with a domestic hinged door.
 

There is full hot water central heating with radiators, the heating system also backs up the calorifier for hot water.
 

The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 burner hob and an eye level grill and oven. there is also a microwave oven. Power is by domestic batteries and inverter.

Rivendell also has a land mains hook up for when on the moorings.
 

The front cabin has two comfortable chairs that convert to beds and there is a stereo system and colour TV. There is also Satellite TV. Opposite the kitchen area is an opening hatch for extra light/ventilation, this has a Perspex panel for extra light on rainy days.
