Heating is by gas to radiators with the addition of a solid fuel stove.

For summer use, a valve cuts out radiator heating leaving just the hot water system.  The heating unit is fitted in the master bedroom, thermostat in main cabin.  Hot water is provided by gas boiler and/or engine heat.

Gas is a syndicate expense and is part of the budgeted costs.  Three bottles are carried, two connected with an automatic change over from an empty bottle plus a spare.

The "owners" cabin has a double bed, en-suite facilities of a hand basin, a separate toilet and an FM radio/CD is fitted above the bed. A door to the corridor space separates it from the main cabin area and bathroom which has a shower, hand basin and toilet.  Both toilets are flush/pump out units and are independent of each other.

The kitchen has a gas cooker with grill and oven and a separate 4 burner hob, electric refrigerator, microwave and a filtered water supply in addition to the normal hot and cold running water. Opposite the sink, Stbd side double doors and roof cut out can be opened for ventilation/access.

A clear Perspex screen can be fitted into the door space so closing off the outside but keeping the additional light/visibility.

The dinette is fixed with seating for 6 by the addition of "corridor" bridging seats and by attaching the small table.  It converts to a double or two single beds. Separated by a curtain, the lounge/front bedroom has L shaped seating to a removable large or small table, the large table being used as the base to the double bed.  There is a LCD Digital TV with a freestanding DVD player and a Sky Sat decoder with a portable satellite dish and locator kit. A DAB radio/CD unit is fitted at the front of the lounge area.

Double glass doors open into the cratch area covered by a detachable zipped cover.  All cratch fittings can be removed and stowed to leave an open well deck that has provisions for fitting the smaller of the two tables.

The engine which is fitted under the floor has a single lever control and twin alternators for charging all batteries.  Domestic batteries provide power for the 12v system and 240v inverter. The engine start battery is isolated from the domestic batteries. The engine powers a hydraulic bow thruster.

There is a landline for powering the 240 volt system and for charging batteries with 240 volt sockets powered by the landline or inverter system in the master bedroom, kitchen area and lounge.  In addition there is a 12v car cigar lighter type connection in the front lounge area.

The steering space has a detachable cover and can be covered fully or in inclement weather by using the zipped panel, partially.
