Why I should not buy a digital TV

boatshare.co.uk is able to source an attractive 17" Widescreen LCD TV unit and offer it at a very keen price. These units are ideal for a kitchen, bedroom or study and as they are also capable of being operated from 12 volts can be used in a car, boat or caravan. A truly versatile piece of equipment. The rear of the set has standard screw holes to take a bracket and the set could well work as a PC Monitor!! (See below)

This ostensibly 12 volt television set should NOT be operated without the supplied 12 volt DC-DC converter that will protect it from variances in battery voltage and shut the power supply down, should the voltage fall far below 12 Volts, to protect the set.
