offering 12 volt products and regard them as "messy" and confusing, with
either products that are just not actually 12 volt or not available, or
all agents for somebody else. Have you had similar "problems"? Please

| On every page we state if an item is specifically in
stock. If you saw that comment were you inclined to believe it? (!) |

| If an item is out of stock, we say something like "Out
of stock but due in on XXth/Month" but say that you could
still order. Would you order knowing something was OUT of stock as the
time of ordering? |

to open a PayPal account, you can just pay using your credit/debit card? |

| We use PayPal as an option to collect money as we are
not big enough to open a proper merchant account. Would you say that our
offering, really, only PayPal as a "credit card" option would put you
off buying? |

| We have a "UK Verified" PayPal account, which means
that PayPal have verified our address and bank details to make sure we
are who we say we are (!). If such information were obvious on the site
would this make you more confident in buying? |
